Bio
Melissa Cassera is a NYC-based actress, commercial print model and TV spokesperson.
In commercials, you can usually spot Melissa playing a friendly nurse, blissful young wife, or funny co-worker.
Her film roles tip toward the dramatic side, including a murderess mob daughter, a psychotic freelance writer (who goes psychotic by talking to her clock radio), and a potty-mouth jilted wife. She also plays lots of law enforcement officials. Cop, special agent, detective – you name it – and knew all of those days at the shooting range with her husband would someday pay off.
Melissa also starred in an Emmy-nominated public service announcement for Pro Musicis and is a sought-after TV spokesperson for national brands, appearing in more than 100 television spots on major networks across the country.
When she’s not on set, Melissa is the “big cheese” at her own PR consulting firm. Her team helps entrepreneurs, authors, professional speakers, and entertainers become business celebrities through private coaching, group classes, and digital experiences.
And if that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, here are 5 additional things you don’t know about Melissa:
- Most of her conversations revolve around the latest book, film, or premium cable TV show. She read in a magazine once that this is very “French” of her.
- She is a living Swedish Meatball – 50% Swedish and 50% Italian.
- Her husband is a dog trainer, so she’s super good with the pooches.
- She didn’t learn to ride a bike until after college, and still falls off occasionally.
- She is hopelessly addicted to Pinterest and is unwaveringly devoted to spending hours a day “pinning.”
